My journey began decades ago as a certified residential appraiser and commercial property inspector. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to work on countless properties, engage with diverse clients, and witness firsthand the profound impact that skilled appraisal and inspection professionals can have on real estate transactions and communities. This experience has shaped my deep understanding of the industry’s technical demands — as well as its ethical responsibilities.

When I founded Nannylee Inc, my vision was simple but ambitious: to create a training company that goes beyond textbooks and theory. It truly prepares individuals for the realities of the field. Real estate appraisal and inspection are professions where precision, integrity, and judgment matter immensely.
